*PLEASE NOTE: The shipping selection that you choose applies only to what method will be used to ship your order once it is proofed and printed. In other words, selecting Next Day Air does NOT mean that you will have your order the next day*
Our processing and printing time for photo paper is 3-4 business days and 5-7 business days for cardstock. Your processing/printing time does NOT begin until after you have approved your proof. If you have any questions about this, please contact shipping@sweetbabydesigns.com before ordering.
We are happy to ship anywhere. At this time, all US packages will be shipped via UPS (Ground, 2nd day air or Next Day Air). All packages to Canada and International will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) Global Express. Please be aware that turnaround time to Canada is a minimum of 10 business days, and there may be fees imposed by Canadian Customs.All packages are insured for the full value of your order. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete due to carrier error, please let us know within 7 business days and we will rectify this for you as soon as possible.
