TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Thank you for your interest in Sweet Baby Designs and our products! Listed below is the terms and conditions that govern this website and it’s uses. Please be aware that your use of this website constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions. These rules may change, due to changes in our products and services, and any changes will be posted on our website at the appropriate times.
Your Order
For a full explanation of our ordering process please refer to our order information page.
All of our orders are handled by individual customer service representatives, graphic designers, and shipping personal. For this reason, once you have placed your order, if you choose to cancel at any time after work has begun on your proof (in some cases in as little as 6 hours), you agree to a $25 charge to your credit card. If you have ordered a proof of more than one design, you will be charged $25 plus an additional $10 per additional proof.
Please be aware that once your proof has been sent to you, you have 21 days/3 weeks to respond with revision or approval of the design or we will refund your order, minus the $25 cancellation fee.
We do our very best to ensure that all orders leave our hands in their entirety and in excellent condition. However, should you receive an incomplete order or one that is damaged we ask that you please contact us within 5 business days. Please understand that we will need photographic evidence of damage and we ask that you do not dispose of any packing materials, including the paper wrapping or the box, until you are told to do so by our company.
By placing your order with us, you certify that all the information that you provide is truthful and accurate.
By submitting photos to us, to be used in your design, you certify that these images are your personal images, that you own the copyright to these images, or that you have permission to use these images. If you are submitting professional photos, with the permission of the photographer, we will need a signed release form from the photographer mailed to us at: Sweet Baby Designs, PO Box 252, Wagontown, PA 19367.
By submitting your order, you certify that you are the parent or legal guardian of the subject/child in your cards. Please understand that we WILL NOT accept photos that portray full or partial nudity of a child’s genitals. These images will be immediately deleted and you will be asked to replace them with suitable photos.
Technical Information and Cookies
Our website collects visitor data such as the time of your visit, the pages that you visit, and information to help us improve our marketing. None of the information that we collect in any way identifies you to us or enables us to contact you.
Our website does use cookies, small text files placed on your computer’s hard drive to better your shopping experience with us. These cookies allow you to save the items in your cart until your next visit and they allow us to better tailor our products, ads, and marketing to your needs. If you would not like to take advantage of these features, you can disable the use of cookies on your personal computer.
Our Products
We will always do our very best to accurately portray our products via images, descriptions and explanations. Please understand that the only way that you can fully be aware of our products is to order a sample pack so that you may see them first hand. We cannot attempt to fully make you aware of every facet of our products purely via our website and email.
Please understand that we do our best to make all of our online proofs color balanced for a normally calibrated monitor. We CANNOT guarantee that your proof will match exactly to what you see on your home monitor, as we cannot verify the calibration of that monitor. We urge you to view your proof on a monitor that shows true and accurate color, to the best of your knowledge.
Intellectual Property
All the content (images, logos, icons) on this site is the property of Sweet Baby Designs and is protected by the United States Copyright laws.
All cards offered on this site are legally copyrighted by our designers and any attempt to duplicate, closely emulate or mirror these designs, for the purpose of profit with be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Your Account
Upon ordering from Sweet Baby Designs you will create an account. This feature is set up to make your shopping experience easier and more pleasant. Please be aware that you will be require to provide personal information such as your name, address, phone number, etc.
Our site is protected by an SSL certificate from Network Solutions and this encrypts all your personal information to safeguard it from theft or abuse. Please know that we have the utmost respect for your privacy and at no time with Sweet Baby Designs rent or sell any of your personal information. Your information will be used only for you order, for our inter-company marketing purposes, and to customize your shopping experience.

Sweet Baby Designs provides numerous links to outside websites that we feel may be helpful or useful to it’s customers. These sites are NOT endorsed by us and we are not libel for any of their content, their products, or their services. We make no guarantees or endoresements about these sites .
Copyright Indemnification
As our customer, agreeing to these terms as they have been states, you agree to hold Sweet Baby Designs harmless for all costs, expenses, legal fees and judgements that results from any claims made against Sweet Baby Designs by a third party with claims that work produced by us is an infringement on their copyright
Children’s Privacy
Sweet Baby Designs does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children at any time. If we learn that a child under the age of 13, we will make every attempt to remove the information from our systems and databases. We will not use this information except where it is necessary to protect the safety of the child or others.
Information Sharing
Sweet Baby Designs will never sell or rent your personal information for any reason. We will use the information only for the purposes of your order and any advertising that you choose to opt-in to. If at any time you would like to cease receiving our advertisements, you have complete right to do so through your account or by contacting our company.
We will not share your information in any way that does not pertain to your order or chosen advertising except in the following instances:
In response to a subpoena, court order or legal process; to defend a claim against us or exercise our legal rights.
In order to prevent, take action or investigate against fraud, illegal activities, or any activities that may be harmful to yourself or other individuals.
Should Sweet Baby Designs ever be sold, merged with another company or reorganized, your information would be retained, with you having the option to remove it and opt-out of any previously agreed upon advertising choices.
